Ground-mount solar arrays on open land can achieve higher yields than rooftop systems due to optimal panel orientation and easier maintenance access. Antalya's abundant flat and semi-flat agricultural land makes it ideal for ground-mount installations.
Systems up to 1 MW are classified as unlicensed (lisanssız) generation facilities, requiring only an EDAŞ grid connection application. Systems above 1 MW require an EPDK licence. We manage all permitting on your behalf.
A ground-mount solar plant is an energy-generation facility built on non-cultivated land suited to energy investment, at scales ranging from kWp to multiple MW. In line with Turkey's 2030 renewable targets, ground-mount solar offers attractive opportunities for both private and institutional investors. For those holding idle land in inland regions such as Antalya, Isparta and Burdur, a ground-mount plant can become a powerful source of passive income.

There are two principal legal routes for ground-mount solar projects in Turkey:
The technical and legal criteria that determine whether a parcel of land is suitable for a solar plant:
We provide operation and maintenance (O&M) services for commissioned ground-mount plants:
The questions land investors raise most often when evaluating a ground-mount project — answered directly:
A single-phase (220V) connection works for small loads, with single-phase systems installable up to 10 kWp. Utility-scale ground-mount plants require a three-phase connection, and we coordinate the necessary supply arrangements with the distribution utility as part of the project.
Snowfall is very rare in the Antalya region. Because ground-mount panels are tilted, any light covering slides off within a few hours. Output is barely affected below 3 cm of accumulation, and even winter irradiance keeps the plant generating.
Ground-mount plants are governed by zoning and land-use rules rather than building-owner consent. Unlicensed systems up to 1 MWp need a development permit and connection agreement; larger plants require additional clearances. We manage the full permitting pathway on your behalf.
The plant can be transferred with the land along with its generation and connection agreements, or dismantled and relocated. A commissioned solar plant typically raises the value and income potential of the parcel substantially.
